Calcio Storico!!! Coming soon, one of Florence’s oldest (and more controversial) annual events, the Calcio Storico. The final match (as always) is on June 24th.
So this is the sign board/price list of the Gelato Festival - this one specifically is in Piazza della Repubblica. I talked to some of the people in the booth there, and it is indeed 15 euro for the Gelato Card. You do get a bunch of other stuff - but that is a really steep entry if all you want to do is taste gelato (and I have to say that I would think that really is what most people want to do after attending a couple of these already!). You can “top up” the card if you want more than 5 tastes -
There must have been some part of this event - either the vendors or the organizers - that needed to make things more profitable on some end. I am just afraid it may not work.
